One event.
One link.
Everything your people
need to know.
Roisterous gives your gathering one place for the plan.
Who’s coming. What you’re thinking about doing.
What’s actually happening. And everything people
will inevitably ask you about later.
CREATE THE THING.
Birthday weekend. Group trip. Dinner.
Festival crew. Reunion. Whatever.
Give it a name, a place and some dates. Then start filling in the stuff people actually need to know.
GET YOUR PEOPLE TOGETHER.
Invite people with one link.
They can tell you if they’re going, interested, or sitting this one out — without joining another group chat just to answer a question.
Guests don’t need an account just to RSVP.
Organizers can also add attendees themselves.
THROW SOME IDEAS AROUND.
Activities are possibilities — not commitments.
People can mark the things they Must Go to or are Interested in, so you can see what the group is excited about.
If you’re tracking arrival and departure times, Roisterous can show when interested people are around.
You make the decision.
Roisterous just gives you the useful information.
MAKE THE PLAN.
Once an idea becomes real, put it on the Schedule.
Dinner at 8. Museum Tuesday morning. Train to Bologna Wednesday. Absolutely nothing Thursday.
Now everyone knows what’s actually happening.
Activities are ideas.
The Schedule is the plan.
STOP ANSWERING THE SAME QUESTIONS.
- Where should I stay?
- Who else is coming?
- What time is dinner?
- How do I get there?
- Did the plan change?
- What else is there to do around there?
Put it in Event Info once. Update it when something changes. Send an announcement when people actually need one.
Event Info holds practical articles and instructions. Announcements put important changes in front of the group.
ONE GOOD LINK
No itinerary buried in somebody’s email.
No important address 73 messages up
in the group chat.
No asking everyone for the fifth time
what day they arrive.
Just the current plan,
in one place.
A useful distinction
ROISTEROUS ISN’T TRYING
TO RUN YOUR LIFE.
It doesn’t book your flights.
It doesn’t book your hotel.
It isn’t another social network.
And it definitely isn’t another group chat.
It’s the place everyone checks when they need to know what’s going on.
A few things you might wonder
GOOD QUESTIONS.
Do my guests need Roisterous accounts?
No. Guests can RSVP from their invitation link without creating an account.
Can I change things after I invite everyone?
Yes. Update the event as plans change so it stays the current source of truth.
Can guests see who else is coming?
Only when the organizer has enabled the attendee list, and only for people who chose to show their name. Attendee visibility follows each person’s setting.
Does Roisterous book travel, restaurants or tickets?
No. Roisterous organizes the event information and links. Booking stays with the relevant provider.
How much does it cost?
Roisterous is currently free while we’re building it, but don't worry we'll still have a free tier once we're done.
